Are you passionate about costume design? Do the costumes of the theater and the big screen inspire you? We have developed a fun 3 week mini class for you to grow your skills as a costume designer! Costume design can be inspired by the past as well as the future, the possibilities are endless and you can really use your imagination and creativity. Our talented instructor will guide you through the basics of costume design, focusing on theater productions. They will help you to sharpen your skills in sketching and design as well as your costume design knowledge. Talk about your favorite theater shows, movies, or tv shows where you love the costumes and find out how you can draw inspiration for your own designs! We will send you a printable “croquis” (a fashion sketch) and all you will need are #2 pencils, colored pencils, and a passion for fashion!
