  • How do I reset my password?
    You can visit the password reset page, enter the email address you used to register, and request a password reset. If you do not receive an email with instructions after a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folders. Once you’ve received the reset email, follow the instructions within to set a new password and sign in. If your browser offers to store your username and password for you, consider allowing it to so you won’t need to remember in the future.
  • How can I add or remove payment methods?
    To add or remove methods of payment, visit the Payment Methods page in the My Account section. From there, you can either delete an existing card or add a new one. Sorry, but editing an existing card (such as changing an expiration date) is not available. If you need to update a saved card’s details, we recommend deleting the expired card and re-adding as a new card with the up-to-date information.
  • I’m a Girl Scout Troop Leader. How do I send you names of Scouts attending a class we’ve signed up for?
    Please visit our Girl Scout Attendee page to submit your list of Scouts who are attending a Girl Scout class or service project.
