Join us for these 8 classes that run twice a week. (8 total)
We will cover drawing, silhouettes, fashion terms, fashion textile art, hair & makeup as well as vintage fashion to name a few.

Description /details of classes
–Class 1:
Formal Dresses
-Do you wish to design beautiful gowns, worthy of the runway or a gala? Learn how to design your favorite dress silhouettes, from fluffy, princess inspired ball-gowns to sleek and elegant evening gowns. This lesson will teach you to sketch two different styles of gowns.
-Supplies needed: colored pencils/ markers, printed croquis sketches
-Class 2:
How to Design Shirts
-We love to design dresses and fun pants, but what about the shirts? There are so many different styles of shirts that would complement your designs! Learn how to design and sketch different styles of shirts with an emphasis on different sleeve types. In this class, students will learn to sketch varying shirt and sleeve types. The lesson will also focus on vocabulary and fashion inspiration, as the students utilize fashion magazines to find different sleeve types.
Supplies needed: colored pencils/ markers, printed croquis sketches, fashion magazines
Class 3:
Hairstyles and Makeup
-A different hairstyle can say a lot about a look! This class will explore different types of hairstyles for all kinds of occasions. Learn how to draw different hairstyles on your models. This class will also take a look at different types of makeup and how to render this onto a fashion model.
Supplies needed: colored pencils/markers, printed croquis sketches, fashion magazines
-Class 4:
Learn to Design Fashion Textile Patterns
-Looking to enhance your fashion design skills and add more depth to flat sketches? This class will focus on learning how to render different fabric patterns for their clothing design, from polka dots to plaids and stripes! This class will also focus on finding different examples of patterns in fashion magazines to learn to render. The instructor will talk with the students and allow them to choose from a selection of patterns to learn to render.
Supplies needed: colored pencils/markers, printed croquis sketches, fashion magazines.
-Class 5:
Learn to Draw a Croquis Sketch
-This class will teach the important skill of drawing your own croquis! A skill every budding fashion designer needs to know. The instructor will teach students how to draw a basic fashion figure as well as some basic clothing design.
Supplies needed: Sketch paper, HB# pencils and erasers, colored pencils/markers
-Class 6:
Learn to Design Vintage Clothing
-This class will go through some basic vintage silhouette sketch and learn about there importance.
Supplies needed: colored pencils/markers, printed croquis sketches, fashion magazines.
-Class 7:
How to Design Jackets
-We love to design dresses and fun pants, but what about the Jackets? There are so many different styles of jackets that would complement your designs! Learn how to design and sketch different styles of Jackets with an emphasis on different styles and functions. In this class, students will learn to sketch varying jacket styles. The lesson will also focus on vocabulary and fashion inspiration, as the students utilize fashion magazines to find different sleeve types.

-Class 8:
How to Design Pants
-We love to design dresses, but what about the Pants? There are so many different styles of pants that would complement your collection! Learn how to design and sketch different styles of Pants with an emphasis on different styles and leg lengths. In this class, students will learn to sketch varying pant styles. The lesson will also focus on vocabulary and fashion inspiration, as the students utilize fashion magazines to find different pant functions.
Supplies needed: colored pencils/ markers, printed croquis sketches, fashion magazines

Colored pencils or markers colored -pencils we recommend (Fantasia artist 36 pack)
Printed croquis -we will email to you, you need to print out about 24 copies
Fashion Magazines- (we like In- Style & Marie Claire)
Sketch Paper- 60 sheets (any white paper)
