My doll & me dress, Tulip silhouette.

Westfield Recreation: 425 East Broad St Westfield NJ

April 23, 30 May 7,14, 21, 28 June 4 & 11 (June 18 weather day) for 8 weeks

Early class Thursdays our younger designers’ grades 2-4

Create a My doll & me dress wardrobe.                     

4:30-5:15pm 

Fee: $185.00 (includes fabric, trim and use of sewing machines)

Later class Thursdays our older designers’ grades 5-12 recreate the Tulip Silhouette.                                                  

5:15-6:15pm

Fee: $200.00 (includes fabric, trim and use of sewing machines)

This Spring our student (designers) will Recreate and Make a doll & me dress.

Or the tulip silhouette just in time for summer!
                                                                                           
These silhouettes are so creative and unique. Choose from a large selection of fabrics. Solids, plaids, geometrics & florals.
The My doll & me dress our younger student designers will start out creating, designing and making Their doll dress then their own. Dress that matches their doll.  They will choose from a few simple dress silhouettes.
The Tulip Silhouette our older student designers will explore their creativity designing and choosing fabrics for this unique top. This unique design has many options for our designers to create & explore fabric placement.          

So, come join us at Westfield Recreation where Fashion First Workshops will lead you into the most fashionable experience of the Spring season!

No sewing experience necessary, co-ed classes.      

You’ll start with:

*Choosing your fabric, designing and sketching your design
*Measuring your silhouette for accurate sizing
*Cutting out your paper pattern on your fabric
*Pinning and sewing your design together
*Final fitting

*Fashion Show on the last class
