Are you passionate about the art of fashion design? We have developed a fun workshop for you to grow your skills as a fashion designer! Fashion designers draw inspiration both from other periods and from each other. Each week in our series of workshops we will be taking a look at a different famous fashion designer. We will examine their life work and what iconic pieces made their work stand out, as well as learning how to sketch a replica of one of their designs! Our talented instructors will guide you, giving you fun facts about the designers and helping you to sharpen your skills in sketching an design. Join us for one workshop, some of them, or all! We will send you a printable “croquis” (a fashion sketch) and all you will need are #2 pencils, colored pencils, and a passion for fashion!

Workshop 3:

Elsa Schiaparelli Week In this workshop, we will be diving into the designs of Elsa Schiaparelli, who famously lead haute couture and paved a way for female designers in the modern world. We will learn how to sketch one of her famous designs in the second half of class!
