RECREATE THE DOLMAN SLEEVE TOP- THIS SILHOUETTE IS SO UNIQUE & SO FASHIONABLE
  This simple shape can be for a beginning sewer or a more advanced sewer.  

   Our younger designers will design and make a simple batwing top
  Our more advanced designers will add to their design whether it is be a hood or
                                              even a pocket or even an applique they created.

Day 1- Learn how to use your machine and what makes it tick. Practice sewing.

Day 2- Learn how to measure and render your fabric on your design lead sheet. Cut out your paper pattern.

Day 3- Place your pattern on the fabric, pin and cut it out. 

Day 4- Pin and sew fabric pieces together starting with the shoulder seams

Day 5- If you are adding a cuff pin and sew it on otherwise pin side seam

Day 6-Pin and sew the side seams

Day 7-Fit and adjust whether it be the neck opening or the bottom length. Trim or adjust. Pin hem upward and sew

Day 8-Pin and sew the neckline.
